upEducators A Google for Education Partner Company - is looking for Sales-Oriented Sr Counsellor / Assistant Manager SalesJob description Counselling the HOT leads to Teachers, Professors, Institute Owners, Trainers etc. for upskilling and highly demanded courses. Handling enquiries and getting the enrolments done Can develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and follow up. Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM Team Handling experience will be added advantageRequired Candidate profile The ideal candidate should be a graduate, confident, aggressive, Sales Oriented and possess excellent communication and Target achiever Enthusiastic and convincing with B2C sales experience. Institutional sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Minimum 3-8 Years sales experience is required, in edtech sales. Team Leading experience preferredSalary and Benefits Monthly Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 + attractive incentives Fixed Salary + Incentives Seeking Candidates for Full time ( 8.5 hours) and for Part time (6 hours) Flexible working Hours Permanent Work from Home option There will be training sessions after your joining.
