We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to take on the role ofLead – Non-Labour Compliances . This leadership role is critical for ensuring timely and complete adherence to all Non-Labour & HR license requirements across regions. The ideal candidate will be the central point of coordination between Operations, HR, and Compliance Vendors for all matters related to registrations, renewals, approvals, and license surrenders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage compliance operations for all Non-Labour licenses and approvals necessary for business continuity. Coordinate with Regional People and Operations teams to gather required information and documents. Ensure timely initiation of registration and renewal processes to avoid any operational delays. Develop and streamline processes for licensing in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with Operations, HR teams, legal, finance, and compliance vendors. Maintain updated trackers and digital archives of all licenses and related documentation. Share monthly reports and dashboards with business and relevant stakeholders on compliance status. Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory) MBA or relevant certifications preferred Experience: 10–15 years of experience in managing Non-Labour and Factory Compliance Proven expertise in vendor and stakeholder management Hands-on experience in handling multi-state compliance requirements Skills: Strong knowledge of Non-Labour & Factory Compliance frameworks Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical and process-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Collaborative approach with the ability to influence senior leadership
