Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment. Planning and implementing critical changes in the infrastructure. Resolving incidents and high impact incidents Automation – Building scripts for repetitive tasks for the L1/2 team members to increase efficiency and reduce risk of human errors Must have experience in Defining Rules, Access controls, Entitlements, User Policies, Certifications, Provisioning, creating workflows, rules, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies etc. Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, SAP etc. Must have good programming skills in Java, J2EE, Bean Shell scripting, database etc
