As we scale operations and engage with investors globally, we are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Bangalore.What You’ll Do:Strategic Finance & PlanningDrive strategic financial planning with the leadership team. Build and maintain dynamic financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Lead internal financial reviews and help shape the company’s growth roadmap.Accounting & ComplianceOversee end-to-end accounting: general ledger, AR/AP, reconciliations, and monthly closures. Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings. Manage external audits, tax filings, and support statutory, secretarial, and regulatory compliance.Investor Relations & FundraisingWork closely with founders on capital raise initiatives—preparing financial materials, pitch decks, and investor updates. Support ongoing investor communications with timely reporting and insights. Coordinate and support financial and legal due diligence processes during fundraising.Cross-Functional & Global CollaborationCollaborate with HR, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and expenditures. Work with our Switzerland office to streamline cross-border financial operations and compliance.Process & System ImprovementsImplement best practices in budgeting, financial controls, and expense management. Set up scalable systems for reporting, approvals, and procurement as we grow.Vendor, Client & Grant ManagementManage vendor payments, respond to client/vendor queries, and ensure policy adherence. Assist in the financial management of grants and projects, including compliance and reporting.Governance & Board SupportPrepare materials for board meetings and governance-related documentation. Track key financial and operational metrics for management dashboards.Who You AreQualification:Semi-qualified CA or fully qualified CA; Bachelor’s in finance, commerce, or related field.Experience:4–8 years in accounting, FP&A, or startup finance roles (prior startup or VC-backed experience is a big plus).Skills:Analytical mindset, systems-driven, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to agritech, deep tech, or hardware businesses is a plus but not required.Why Join UsJoin a VC-backed deep-tech company creating meaningful impact in global agriculture.
