Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assist users with their inquiries and troubleshooting needs. Collaborate with departments and operational staff to resolve issues efficiently. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Deltek Vantagepoint. Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions. Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in a support role, with Deltek Vantagepoint. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment. Experience with SQL and understanding Vantagepoint tables is a plus. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
