Job Role- Senior Backend Developer Job Type- Full-time Work mode- RemoteWe are seeking aSenior Backend Developerwith deep expertise inPythonand hands-on experience building and deployingAI-powered systems . This role is ideal for someone who can architect and develop scalable backends that supportLLM-basedandconversational AI applicationsin production environments.Core Requirements: 5+ yearsof software development experience, with at least2–3 yearsworking on AI/ML applications. AdvancedPython proficiency , with familiarity across its AI/data science ecosystem. Strong understanding ofAPI design ,system architecture , and building high-performance, low-latency backend systems. Experience integrating and supportingLLM workflows , includingprompt engineering ,RAG pipelines , andmodel fine-tuning . Practical experience integrating withSTT/TTS APIs(e.g., OpenAI TTS, Azure Speech, ElevenLabs). Familiarity withconversational AIcomponents like NLU and dialogue management. Preferred Skills: Experience withLangChainorLangGraphto support advanced AI agent workflows. Comfortable working withcloud infrastructure(especially AWS),Docker/Kubernetes , andCI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience withvector databases(e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, Milvus). Bonus: Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., React/Vue) and real-time voice/audio streaming applications.
