The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data migration, validation and derivation logic, workflow development, and integration with key data governance tools. This role requires deep technical and functional understanding ofCustomer, Supplier, and Business Partnermaster data domains.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner domains. Lead data migration activities including data consolidation and initial loads into MDG hub usingDIF (Data Import Framework) . Configure and managevalidations and derivationsusingBRF+andBADIs . Set up and maintaindata replicationusing theData Replication Framework (DRF) ,SOA services , andALE configuration . Implement and customizeSAP MDG workflowsusing ABAP and standard configuration tools. Integrate SAP MDG withSAP Information StewardandSAP Data Servicesfor data validation and remediation. Manage key and value mapping for harmonized data replication between systems. Support the development and justification of business cases for MDM/MDG implementations. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with business data governance policies. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience inSAP MDG / MDM implementationprojects. Strong understanding ofSAP ECCandSAP S/4HANA master data models . Proven experience withCustomer, Supplier , andBusiness Partnermaster data. Expertise inBRF+ ,BADIs ,MDG ABAP Workflows , andBAPI/BADI processing . Hands-on experience withDRF ,DIF ,SOA/ALE , andintegration tools . Experience in integratingSAP MDG with SAP Data ServicesandSAP Information Steward . Familiarity withkey mapping, value mapping , anddata governance best practices . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: SAP MDG certification is a plus. Experience in multiple SAP MDG implementation lifecycles. Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in master data.
