With a focus on strategy, creative, and full-funnel performance marketing, we support brands across Meta, Google, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, and Shopify.As part of our continued expansion, we're building out our in-house development team and are looking for an experienced Shopify App Developer. You’ll play a key role in creating custom solutions for both our internal needs and our portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands.Role Overview: We're looking for a talentedShopify App Developerto join our India-based team. You will be responsible for developing custom Shopify apps, working alongside our UK and India teams. You will also collaborate withAI agents to accelerate and enhance development workflows, so adaptability and openness to innovation are key.Key Responsibilities:Build, deploy, and maintain custom Shopify public and private apps Collaborate with UK and India-based teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions Integrate AI-powered tools and agents into your development process to improve speed and efficiency Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for app-related queries Maintain clean, well-documented code and contribute to internal best practices Stay up to date with Shopify updates, APIs, and ecosystem trendsRequirements:Proven experience developing Shopify apps (public and/or custom) Strong proficiency with Shopify API (REST & GraphQL) Solid backend development experience in Node.js or PHP (Laravel) Familiarity with front-end technologies: Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience working with Shopify CLI, Polaris, and app extensions Comfortable using Git for version control Ability to work with and adapt to AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API integrations, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and within a remote team Experience building apps listed on the Shopify App StoreDesirable:Experience with React and Shopify’s Polaris framework Exposure to headless commerce, Shopify Hydrogen, or similar technologies Why Join Us?Work with a UK-based team on global eCommerce projects Be part of a fast-growing, innovative agency embracing AI-powered development Opportunity to help shape our tech team and influence product direction Flexible working hours with support from an India-based office How to Apply: Send your CV, portfolio/GitHub link, and a brief note on your Shopify app experience.
