Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance analysis across multiple online marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with North American clients, a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, and the ability to manage campaigns that drive measurable ROI and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking across US-based search engines. Monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality through CRO and A/B testing. Create and analyze monthly campaign reports using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align digital strategies with brand goals.Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for North American audiences on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Manage content calendars, scheduling, and daily posting with a focus on brand tone and engagement. Monitor trends, engage with followers, and manage community responses. Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Key Requirements:5–8 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. Hands-on experience managing US or North American projects/clients is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for North American stakeholders. Proven experience with lead generation, campaign ROI, and brand-building initiatives. Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and business teams.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Google Ads and HubSpot certifications preferred.
