Opportunity: Structural Design Engineer – Metro Projects Location: Bangalore (preferred) | Mumbai Experience: 10–15 years (including 8+ years in underground metro station design) Join Surbana Jurong | SMEC, a global leader in engineering and infrastructure, and help deliver complex structural design solutions that shape India’s urban future. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and detailed drawings • Ensure designs comply with IS codes, international standards, and project specifications • Coordinate with geotechnical, architectural, and MEP teams for integrated delivery • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers • Participate in design reviews, resolve technical queries, and support project execution Required Skills : ✔️ Bachelor Civil and Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering ✔️ 10–15 years of experience in structural design ✔️ Minimum 8 years in underground metro station projects ✔️ Proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE ✔️ Strong technical expertise and communication skills ✔️ Willingness to work in Bangalore or relocate to Mumbai Be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering infrastructure that transforms cities and improves lives.
