Location: Bangalore - Hybrid Timings: 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM Preference: Immediate joiners / 30 days' notice periodPosition Summary: This position supports the national Service operation with day-to-day administrative duties ensuring there is full coverage across all states and territories for Service administrative tasks. Working with the Service team, this role will ensure the timely management of administration and coordination of service tasks to deliver a high-quality client experience to all end users. This role will be critical in ensuring the contracts for all Service agreements are maintained and will assist in the delivery of these contracts, in conjunction with state and territory Service team members, where required.Role and Responsibilities • Provide accurate and timely support regarding Service administration duties. • Create and maintain Service contracts within Diversified CRM & ERP • Co-ordinate and book PMI visits for clients based on contract agreement. • PMI report review and submission. • Oversight and management of open service calls • Assist with extended warranty renewal management. • Assist with Service call quotations. • Technician bookings overview • Quality assurance and KPI monitoring across contracts. • Assist with co-ordinating & record keeping customer equipment repairs and inbound/outbound stock. • Service travel bookings • Assist with generating Service reporting. • Maintain pager assignment roster and weekly assignment of this pager to the State’s and Territories’ Service Technicians • Coordinate and maintain the register of technician training scheduling, certifications and onsite inductions. • Assist with SLA renewal and new opportunity quotations, where required. • Assist the State’s Field Service Technicians and Resident Technicians with administration, as required. • Assist with creation and distributions of Service specific SWMS, if required by clients for Service jobs • Oversight of DLP status for clients with recently completed projects. • Foster and promote the company, product and brand in the market. • Promote and live the Company Mission, Vision and Values • Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records. • Other duties as requiredQualification: Graduate in any disciplineSkills & Experience Requirements:• Exceptional customer service skills • The ability to troubleshoot and provide quick solutions. • High level coordination and administration abilities • Strong PC skills including understanding Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. • A proven track record in technical customer service • Audio Visual training advantageous but not essential
