This role requires an expert-level administrator capable of handlingmaintenance, troubleshooting, and business-as-usual (BAU) taskswhile ensuring the smooth operation and security of the environment. As an L3 Administrator, you will be responsible forresolving complex issues, optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliancewithin the Microsoft 365 suite. You will work closely with internal IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to maintain system performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities O365 Administration & Maintenance Manage and supportExchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointenvironments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Handleday-to-day BAU activities , including user provisioning, license management, access control, and policy enforcement. Performsystem health checks, security audits, and compliance monitoringto maintain a robust M365 environment. Configure and optimizeemail security (Exchange Online Protection, Defender for Office 365)to protect against phishing and malware threats. AdministerTeams governance policies, external sharing settings, and Teams lifecycle management . OverseeSharePoint Online permissions, content migrations, and site administration . ManageOneDrive for Businesspolicies, user access, and storage allocation. L3 Support & Troubleshooting Act as anescalation point for complex L3 issues , providing deep-dive troubleshooting and resolution. Analyzesystem logs, error reports, and performance metricsto identify and resolve technical problems. Collaborate withMicrosoft Support (Premier / FastTrack)for advanced troubleshooting when needed. Develop and documentSOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articlesfor internal IT teams. Security, Compliance & Governance Implement and enforceM365 security best practices , including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and retention policies. Ensure compliance withdata governance and regulatory requirements(GDPR, ISO, SOC, etc.). Monitor and manageaudit logs, SIEM integrations, and security alertsfrom the Microsoft Defender suite. Assist inincident response and recovery plansin case of security breaches or system failures. Automation & Optimization DevelopPowerShell scriptsto automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve efficiency. Optimize Microsoft 365 configurations to improveperformance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness . Identify opportunities forautomation and integrationwith other IT tools and services.Required Skills & Qualifications ✔️5-10 yearsof hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, focusing onExchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint . ✔️ Strong expertise inPowerShell scriptingfor automation, reporting, and bulk administration. ✔️ In-depth understanding ofMicrosoft 365 security, compliance, and governance policies . ✔️ Experience withAzure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Identity Management . ✔️ Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolvecomplex L3-levelissues. ✔️ Hands-on experience withemail security (Defender for O365, ATP, spam filtering, DKIM, DMARC, SPF settings) . ✔️ Strong knowledge ofTeams administration, guest access policies, and integration with third-party apps . ✔️ Experience inOneDrive and SharePoint Online administration, permission models, and data migrations . ✔️ Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills . ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) ⭐ Microsoft certifications such asMS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, or equivalent . ⭐ Experience working withhybrid Exchange and SharePoint environments . ⭐ Familiarity withIntune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and M365 Security Center . ⭐ Knowledge ofPower Automate, Microsoft Graph API, or other automation tools .
