Growth and Marketing Manager - BangaloreJob Summary: A leading e-commerce startup in the home decor space is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Growth and Marketing Manager to take 100% ownership of its marketing initiatives. This role places special emphasis on offline communication, branding, and brand development. You'll work directly with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen the brand identity while driving business growth in India's rapidly evolving home decor industry.About the company: A leading e commerce startup that offers a curated platform where architects and designers can easily discover, compare, and procure decor materials. It simplifies the traditional, fragmented procurement process by digitizing product discovery and streamlining supply chains, making interior sourcing as easy as online shopping. They are backed by Accel, Whiteboard, YCombinator, and other global investors, are a small, well-funded company, and are one of Bangalore's largest retailers of home interior goods, working with over 100+ top designers and architects. They operate profitably with an annualized revenue of $5M.Location:JP Nagar, BangaloreRoles & Responsibility: Understand digital and offline acquisition channels, strategize and launch campaigns to maximize ROI and other assigned goals. Create and implement a cohesive brand strategy that increases brand recognition and reinforces market position. Design and execute impactful offline marketing campaigns including events, trade shows, direct mail, print advertising, and physical store experiences. Build SEO strategy based on keyword/competitor research and execute it by working with team members/freelancers/interns/agencies. Manage, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across channels. Drive product-led initiatives for customer acquisition. Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels, explore affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, strategic partnerships, etc. to drive growth. Work with the product team to optimize conversions. Enable CRM/Marketing Automation to set up, optimize, and run ad-hoc campaigns aimed at driving high engagement. Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively navigate queries and doubts. Ensure teammates are aligned and empowered to achieve maximum results and meet team and individual targets. Periodically and proactively collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to all relevant stakeholders.Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in marketing. Experience in offline marketing, branding, and brand development. Experience in the interiors, construction, or furniture industry earns brownie points. Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter for the first time or are not familiar with. Bring your own unique skillset to the table and collaborate with others to accomplish your team's goals with a firm focus on targets and deadlines. You experiment, test, try, fail, and learn continuously. A strong preference for on-ground, hands-on work over purely "strategy" roles.Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be expected.
