What You'll Do: Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts (via MCC) Set up campaign structures, audiences, budgets, and tracking protocols Work closely with strategy and creative teams to align ads with goals and ensure optimal performance Monitor traffic flow, ad delivery, conversion paths, and platform health Deliver detailed performance reports and propose data-driven improvements Troubleshoot issues in real-time (disapprovals, delivery gaps, pixel issues, etc.) What You Bring: 2–4 years experience managingPPC campaigns(Google & Meta) Deep understanding ofMCC setup , account structures, and optimization tactics Familiar withGoogle Analytics ,Google Tag Manager , andMeta Business Suite Experience handling multiple clients/accounts simultaneously Strong analytical and communication skills Why Join Harmoney?
