Job Overview:KOZY is seeking an organized and proactiveWarehouse, Inventory & Fulfillment Managerto oversee inventory management, shipping operations, Amazon FBA fulfillment, and customer follow-ups. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, timely order shipments, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Management:Oversee thereceiving, sorting, and storageof products. Maintain anorganized and efficient warehouselayout for easy accessibility. Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, categorized, and stored safely. Inventory Management:Track stock levels and update inventory records in real-time. Conduct routinestock auditsto prevent discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers toreplenish stockbased on demand forecasts. Prepare inventory forAmazon FBA shipments , ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Order Processing & Shipping (Shopify & COD Orders):Process new orders through theShopify admin panel . Verifycustomer details, payment methods (Prepaid/COD), and shipping addresses . Accurately calculatenet weight, package weight, and dimensionsfor shipments. UseShiprocket & Bigshipto select courier partners based on delivery speed, cost, and location. Generateshipping labels , schedule pickups, and dispatch orders in a timely manner. Amazon FBA Fulfillment:Prepare and packbulk inventoryfor shipment toAmazon Fulfillment Centers . Ensure products are properly labeled withAmazon FNSKU barcodes . Create and manageFBA shipment plansin Amazon Seller Central. Monitor inventory levels in Amazon warehouses and coordinate stock replenishment. Track FBA orders and ensure timely delivery through Amazon’s fulfillment network. Order Fulfillment & Customer Follow-up:Update order status in Shopify and mark orders asfulfilledonce shipped. Entertracking IDsin Shopify and notify customers via email/SMS. Follow up with courier partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays. Communicate with customers regarding their order status and provide assistance with queries. Collect customerfeedback on delivery experienceand escalate any issues if needed. Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Any graduation 2-5 years experience inwarehouse management, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or Amazon FBA operations . Familiarity withShopify, Shiprocket, Bigship, and Amazon Seller Centralfor order processing. Strongorganizational and time-management skills . Ability to track inventory efficiently and manage stock levels proactively. Excellentcommunication and customer service skillsto handle post-shipment follow-ups. Basic understanding ofAmazon FBA labeling, packaging, and inventory replenishment .
