A culture that encourages experimentation over rigid playbooks.Key Responsibilities: Run outbound prospecting campaigns targeting mid-market & SMB prospects in the US. Understand prospect pain points and position Emitrr as a solution through personalized outreach. Test and optimize messaging, outreach channels, and sequences. Be hands-on with cold calls, outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels. Manage and update pipeline activities in the CRM. Experiment continuously and double down on what delivers results.Requirements: 1-3 years of experiencein outbound SaaS sales, preferably selling to theUS market . Proven success generating pipeline and closing high ACV deals via outbound channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making cold calls, sending cold emails, and using multi-channel outreach. A proactive, experimental mindset with the ability to build strategies from scratch.Preferred Experience: Experience selling SaaS solutions to US SMB or mid-market businesses. Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms.Location: Remote (India-based candidates targeting US market preferred)
