This role will have a strong emphasis on sourcing and contracting to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with the business goals and objectives Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Experience in negotiating service contracts is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
