Responsibilities: assist in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and testers Support proof-of-concept (POC) creation to validate Salesforce Voice functionality for the US business Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between development, testing, and business teams Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams—developers will not be customer-facing Provide guidance to testers on how to validate the stories; ensure quality and alignment with user expectations Qualifications: Hands-on experience with writing user stories, gathering requirements, and creating documentation —ideally involving telephony migrations Excellent facilitation and communication skills, especially across global teams Confident working independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment
