Associate Manager - AMC Operations Location: BangaloreAbout the Team The Investments team at Navi manages our portfolio of investment products, including mutual funds and digital gold. The team is responsible for conceptualizing new investment solutions and expanding the customer base for existing products, driving growth and accessibility in the investment space.About the Role This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of critical fund operations, from managing account openings and cash flows to overseeing trade settlements across asset classes. It involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution, all of which contribute to the efficiency and integrity of the fund's daily functioning.What We Expect From You Efficiently managing the account opening process, includingDemat accounts, custody accounts,andcollection accounts Ensure attention todetailandaccuracyin the account opening procedures. Administeringdaily cash flowsfor the fund house and reportingreal timecash positions to Fund managers. Calculation ofscheme shortagesandborrowing limits Preparing dailyincremental& finalcash flow reports& ensuring banking activity is managedtimelyandaccurately. Timely and accurately handle trade management across various asset classes. Ensure compliance withtrade allocations, reporting,andsettlements requirements. Meet tradereporting deadlineson relevant platforms within stipulated time frames. Maintain and performreconciliationsfor alltrade settlements. Report trades toFAandCustody departmentsin a timely manner. Manage trade settlements forequity, debt, money market,and otherrelevant transactions. Serve as a point of contactfor any trade settlement queries fromDealersandFund Managers.Must Haves Problem-solvingskills. Excellentattention to detailandaccuracy. Stakeholdermanagement. Strategicthinking Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills with a talent for articulating.
