This senior leadership role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise inMEP engineering, large-scale facility construction , andindustrial maintenance operations , especially inrefinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or energy sectors .The role is basedon-site in Hosur , and will involve approximately70% focus on new facility constructionand30% on MEP operations & maintenance .Key Responsibilities:Lead theMEP design, engineering, and executionduring construction of large-scale industrial facilities. Manageproject timelines, budgets, and contractor performancefor all construction phases. Overseecommissioning and handoverof MEP systems to operations teams. Directpost-construction MEP maintenanceand operations across multiple facilities. Ensure adherence tosafety standards, regulatory compliance , and quality protocols. Coordinate withEPC contractors, design consultants, OEM vendors , and internal stakeholders. Mentor and lead on-site engineering teams acrossmultiple technical disciplines .Qualifications:25+ years of experiencein MEP engineering, construction, and facility management in heavy industries. Proven leadership ingreenfield industrial projects(e.g., refinery, petrochemical, power plant, large manufacturing). Hands-on expertise withchillers, HVAC, high-power compressors , electrical and utility systems. Experience managingmulti-site operations and maintenance . Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination.
