Assistant Manager – PMDM - Parts Masterdata Management Catalogue Experience: 4 - 7 years Industry: Off-Highway Equipment/ Automobile/ Heavy IndustryJoin a dynamic team working onAftermarket Support, Service Engineering, and Technical Documentationfor global operations.Key Responsibilities :ABI (As Bought In Assembly): Analyze customer requirements to identify serviceable components within assemblies. Interpret engineering drawings to coordinate with suppliers/service teams for child part breakdowns. Validate supplier input and generate part numbers usingPLM HUB . Release accurate assembly data forParts Catalogueupdates.SAN (Service Alternative Note): ReviewEPI (Enhanced Product Improvement)reports to analyze part number changes (material, safety, cost). EnsureFit-Form-Functioncompliance between old and new parts. Validate changes using 2D/3D drawings and revised BOMs. CreateSAN reportsand coordinate with procurement & catalogue teams.Team & Process Management: Collaborate with compilers and illustrators across IDC & UK. UseConfiguration Studio (CFS)to manage technical data lifecycle and content reuse. Coordinate with global service teams to deliver high-quality, accurateParts Catalogues . Ensureon-time deliveryof daily outputs and support multiple ongoing projects.✅Candidate Profile : Strong exposure toconstruction or heavy equipment machines Hands-on experience in thefield service domainis a plus Proficient inengineering drawings , change management (EPI/ECN), and mentoring small teams️Technical Skills : Tools:CFS, SAP, MS Excel, Teamcenter, SPP, UGNX Knowledge ofPLM systems ,style guides , andglobal engineering documentation standards Strong interpersonal andproject management skills
