Support the setup ofprestressing mechanisms(wedge/thread-bar based), handle tensioning operations, and ensure safe practice. Material & Mechanical Testing Conduct physical and mechanical property tests: Flow table, slump flow, setting time, compressive/flexural strength Pull-out, screwability, and impact tests Surface inspection for cracks, porosity, and defects Assist in preparingstandardized datasheetsfor all panel configurations, including testing reports and failure observations. Data Handling & Documentation Record all experimental observations, process parameters, and testing results accurately. Assist instatistical analysisof results and correlate performance trends. Maintain material inventory, casting logs, curing cycles, and test records in a well-documented format. Required Qualifications: M.E/ M.tech in Structural Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent 0–2 years of experience inconcrete casting, material testing, or construction R&D Familiarity withstandard testing protocols(IS/ASTM/EN) and lab instrumentation Desired Skills & Attributes: Strong interest inexperimental researchandmaterial innovation Attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to accurate testing Basic knowledge ofcement chemistry and concrete additives Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a lab/field environment Willingness to handle physical workloads in casting environments Growth Opportunity: Work alongside senior researchers oncutting-edge TRC technologies Build hands-on expertise inprestressed composites, thin-shell casting , andnext-gen wall systems Direct contribution to a nationally relevantinnovation and product launch Join the Team That's Redefining the Future of Construction Imagine a world where buildings come together as effortlessly as LEGO® bricks — precision-engineered modules crafted in factories, delivered with unmatched speed, and assembled with intuitive simplicity. At the heart of this vision is our cutting-edge Research & Development team, relentlessly working to turn this bold future into a reality. What We’re Building We are pioneering Modular Building Technology (MBT) — a transformative construction system that blends: Factory-level quality and consistency Rapid, scalable on-site assembly Innovation rooted in science and inspired by simplicity We're not just designing buildings — we're engineering systems that empower people to create spaces that are faster to build, safer to inhabit, and smarter to live in. Who You'll Work With You’ll become part of a vibrant ecosystem where: Seasoned engineers bring wisdom from decades of experience Young innovators challenge boundaries with fresh ideas Cross-disciplinary minds from materials science, structural design, digital modeling, and fabrication unite around a single goal We thrive on collaboration over hierarchy, and value every voice at the table — because true innovation happens when diverse perspectives align. R&D Team Charter – Modular Building Technology (MBT) This charter outlines the foundational principles, strategy, and cultural DNA that guide our R&D team in executing the mission ofMBT— a vision to transform the way the world builds. Our Mission To create a next-generation Modular Building Technologythatempowers and enriches lives— a system so advanced in quality, precision, and reliability, yet so intuitive and seamless in assembly, thatanyone, anywherecan build inspiring, durable, and scalable spaces. We envision MBT as a breakthrough in micro-construction — combiningfactory-made modules ,snap-fit simplicity , andscientific depth , engineered to benefit not just individuals, but all of humanity. Our Principles 1.Democratizing Construction Innovation We commit to broadly distributing the benefits of MBT by: Embedding scientific innovation at the core — fromphysics and chemistrytostructural engineering and material science . Closing the gap between institutions and individuals by enablingdecentralised construction empowerment . Making high-end construction technologyaccessible, modular, and replicable . 2.Transforming Science into Real-World Impact Our duty is to convertscientific breakthroughsintouser-centric, real-world solutions . We break silos by: Listening toend usersand understanding ground realities. Partnering withconstruction communitiesto ensure seamless adoption. Designing systems that are not only innovative butintuitive and practical . 3. ️ Safety at Scale – Without Slowing Down Innovation We recognize thatscaling fastis necessary, butsafety at scaleis non-negotiable. Like supercars engineered to perform safely at high speeds, MBT must beresilient under rapid deployment . We aim toanticipate and address potential failures before scaling , not after — through simulation, prototyping, and robust frameworks. 4.Technical Leadership with Purpose Policy and advocacy aren’t enough. To shape the future of construction: We must be on thecutting edge of MBT capabilities . We strive tolead with depth , not just opinion — bringing a combination oftechnical rigor ,architectural elegance , andsystemic insight . 5.Radical Collaboration We don’t build in silos. We buildwith the world . Collaborating withscientists, architects, engineers, policymakers, health experts, and communities . Engaginginternal and external stakeholders— from customers and companies to grassroots builders. Balancingopenness and intellectual property protection , fostering innovation while respecting creator contributions. Core Values That Drive Our Team MBT-First Focus We are relentlessly focused on buildingmodular, fast, safe, intuitivesystems that scale impact. If it doesn’t serve MBT, it’s out of scope. Intense & Scrappy We work with urgency and ownership. We embracethe unglamorous , chasethe unconventional , and dowhatever it takesto make things work — always guided by truth and effectiveness. Think & Build at Scale We believe inthe magic of scale— in our thinking, systems, ambitions, and models. When in doubt?Scale it up. Make Things People Love Our work should createjoy, utility, and meaningin people’s lives. We aren’t just building walls — we’re shaping spaces thatinspire, protect, and uplift . Team Spirit True breakthroughs come from collaboration. We embracecross-functional synergy , even when our teams differ in priorities. Ouralignment of purposeensures all efforts move us toward thesame vision . Own It – Nothing Is “Someone Else’s Problem” We takecomplete ownership— of problems, solutions, decisions, and outcomes. We act with integrity, initiative, and abias toward action . In Summary The future of construction is not built by chance — it is engineered byconviction, collaboration, and creativity . Through this Charter, we affirm our commitment to makingMBT a living innovation— one that’s built on science, scaled through trust, and designed to servepeople, planet, and purpose.Apply for Junior Research Engineer – FEM & Simulation (TRC Panel Design) : G-form Link :
