Understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Maintain and manage sales data, pipelines, and customer interactions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Ideal Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of experience inselling CRM platformsor SaaS-based sales solutions. Prior experience selling platforms likeFreshsales, Kapture, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. Strong understanding of inside sales and B2B sales processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify potential clients and understand different business models.
