We’re Hiring – Digital Marketing Manager (Part-time | Remote Friendly) Hi everybody , I’mRahul Chauhan from Together Group , where I’ve proudly spent the last 6 years growing with an incredible team of 10 creatives and strategists. Today, we’re looking for a newDigital Marketing Managerto join us on this journey. Why? One of our core members recently had to step back due to health reasons — and while we’ll miss them dearly, it also opens up space forsomeone new to make their mark . Could that be you? What You’ll Do: Own and optimize full-funnel campaignsacross Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Develop & executemedia buying strategiestailored to each client’s brand and goals. Buildconversion-optimized landing pages(working with designers/devs). Set up, manage & refinetracking systems(GA4, GTM, Pixels, UTM parameters). Analyze data, create insights, and translate them intoactionable plansthat scale. Collaborate with creatives, designers & content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns. Stay updated withplatform algorithm changes , new ad features, and best practices. What You Bring: 2–3+ yearsof hands-on experience managing digital campaigns (agency or brand side). Deep knowledge of: Google Ads(Search, Display, Performance Max) Meta Business Suite Google Tag Manager GA4 , Data Studio, and attribution models Confidence in tracking and optimizing KPIs likeROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, bounce rate, session duration . A/B testing skills to continuously improve targeting, creative, and messaging. Experience managingmultiple client accountsacross different industries. Comfort working independently, but also thriving in team environments. A love forluxury, fashion, aesthetics, storytelling , and turning brand essence into performance. Working Style: Part-timerole (~15–20 hours/week) Remote-friendlywithflexible hours– async is totally okay, results matter more.
