Desired Profile:M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with 14 – 18 years of relevant industrial experience or PhD in drug delivery/biopharmaceutics with 6 – 10 years of relevant industrial experience in development of drug products for monoclonal Antibodies (mAB’s), Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC’s) and Proteolysis Targeting Chimera’s (PROTAC’s).Roles & Responsibilities:In-depth knowledge and experience in development of drug products for monoclonal Antibodies (mAB’s), Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC’s) and Proteolysis Targeting Chimera’s (PROTAC’s).Hands on experience in developing advanced & complex parenteral delivery systems for mAB’s, ADC’s & PROTAC’s like lipid-based delivery systems, nano-particulate systems, biodegradable polymeric systems etc is must along with significant experience in scale up, tech transfer and cGMP manufacturing of such enabling drug products.Good understanding and experience about development of pre-clinical delivery systems for improving solubility, permeability and bioavailability of New Chemical Entities (NCE’s).Experience and understanding about material science & physicochemical characterization any experience in using and/or interpreting data from techniques like DSC, PXRD, TGA, DVS, Hot Stage Microscopy, FTIR, NMR, HPLC, LCMS etc would be deemed as an added advantage.Hands on experience in preparation of protocols, guidelines, SOPs for lab equipment / instruments and processes.Should have good understanding about principles of GLP, GMP & ICH guidelines.
