Our clients include Fortune 500 organizations and companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.Experience Required : - 8+ years.Job location : - RemoteJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSystem Development & Enhancement:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions, enhancements, and integrations for the JDA MMS platform, including modifications to existing functionalities and creation of new modules. System Management & Support:Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the JDA MMS environment, addressing issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user access. Integration Management:Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration between JDA MMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., POS, WMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms). Data Management:Oversee data migration, data quality initiatives, and reporting capabilities within JDA MMS. System Configuration:Configure JDA MMS modules to meet evolving business requirements and optimize workflows. Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system diagrams. User Training & Support:Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of JDA MMS functionalities. Project Leadership:Lead or participate in JDA MMS-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and process improvements, from concept to completion. Performance Tuning:Monitor and tune JDA MMS for optimal performance and scalability.
