Job Description As the role holder you shall be responsible for harmonization, co-ordination and commercialization in the assigned countries and maximize the market opportunities. The primary role of Associate Manager shall be to help the team lead in identifying commercialization opportunities, tracking, building and maintaining tender database, timely bid submission and ensuring seamless and timely product launches in the assigned markets. In this role, you will be part of the European team and report to the Associate Director, Europe Generic Formulations. In this role, you will - Key Responsibilities: Sales– Responsible for Sales in both hospital and retail channel monthly reporting for sales, internal stakeholder management . in assigned markets. Tender bidding– Responsible for timely submission of tender bids, maintenance of tender calendar, business case preparation, price finalization and alignment with internal stakeholders for tenders in the assigned market. Licensing-Find potential B2B partners for in-licensing products and out-licensing Biocon’s portfolio products for Europe, Ukraine and Israel . Sign CDAs, support in business case preparation and finalization, negotiate deals and sign commercial contracts with potential partners. Planning and operations–develop and maintain monthly forecasts for the products. Approve DTM artworks and work closely with the Launch Planning team to ensure seamless launches. Contract negotiation-Work with partner and internal stakeholders to negotiate distribution contracts, terms sheets, LOI, licensing agreements and CDAs. Market Research - Generate competitive intelligence on product pricing and market. Keep the market intelligence data and pricing intel updated at all times.Experience The ideal candidate should have: between 5-10 years’ experience handling Sales and/or BD - operations for Europe region in the pharmaceutical sector experience in licensing, alliance management; knowledge of European regulatory framework is a bonus. strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and demonstrable teamworking proficient skills over MS Office, salesforce, SAP etc. excellent communication and presentation skills MBA / PGDM from a leading business school. Knowledge of France, Germany, Italian, Dutch commercial landscape and language shall be an advantage
