This individual will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing financial and operational transformation.Key Responsibilities: Manage strategic relationshipswith a portfolio of North America and global enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their financial transformation journey with oAppsNET’s software and consulting solutions. Apply financial expertise (CPA or equivalent)to guide clients through complex accounting, reporting, and compliance challenges, delivering credible and value-driven financial consulting. Lead business process transformation initiatives , leveraging experience in analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing finance and operational workflows — especially across vendor management, contract lifecycle, and payment automation. Drive ERP and financial system implementations , translating business requirements into functional solutions using platforms like Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar, and ensuring smooth adoption and integration. Champion change management strategies , including communication plans, stakeholder alignment, training development, and user adoption efforts to support successful transformation outcomes. Deliver high-impact, client-facing consulting , using strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to uncover client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure continued success and satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionallywith oAppsNET Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure unified account support and continuous improvement of the customer experience. Facilitate strategic planning and business reviews , aligning on measurable goals, KPIs, and long-term value realization for each customer engagement. Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth , expansion, and process automation, helping clients realize maximum return on investment and extend their usage of oAppsNET’s solutions.Requirements: 5+ years of experience with SaaS, ERP, or financial systems environmentperforming business transformation, implementing ERP financial software Background in Business Consulting, Financial Transformation, or Relationship Management Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and managing enterprise-wide projects Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial process areas like procure-to-pay, contract management, and vendor onboarding Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities across global client organizations CPA or financial background a strong plusThis role is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team that is transforming how enterprises operate their finance functions through intelligent automation and best-in-class ERP solutions.
