CTS & RTGS Support Specialist Experience: 4+ Years Preferred Background: Current or former VSoft employee Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced professional to support and manage Cheque Truncation System (CTS) and Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) operations at CBL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking transaction systems and a deep understanding of regulatory and operational aspects, preferably with a background at VSoft. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 2/3 support for CTS and RTGS. • Liaise with bank for issue resolution and updates. • Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and preventive measures for recurring issues. • Coordinate with internal teams for deployments, patches, and upgrades. • Handle configuration, performance tuning • Prepare regular reports, MIS, and incident logs. Mandatory Skills Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5–8 years of experience in CTS and RTGS systems support. • Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes. • Prior experience with VSoft systems is mandatory. • Good knowledge of banking domain regulations • Experience in troubleshooting and technical support. • Familiarity with Oracle/SQL databases. • Ability to work in a high-pressure production environment. • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
