Director – Clinical BPO Solutions and Delivery Location: Bangalore Experience : 12+yrs Job Summary The Solution and Delivery Leader for Clinical BPO will oversee both the development of solutions for prospective clients and the seamless delivery of services across Clinical BPO on the Payor and Provider domains. This role combines leadership in solution design and operational delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and customize comprehensive Clinical BPO solutions in CM, UM, and RPM to meet client-specific requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices. Oversee the delivery of Clinical BPO services, ensuring adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements, resource optimization, and cost-efficiency. Lead client-facing engagements, including solution presentations and ongoing relationship management to drive client satisfaction and retention. Build and Lead cross-functional teams, including solution architects, delivery managers, and frontline staff, ensuring alignment between solution design and operational delivery. Oversee P&L and financial performance of the service delivery, including budgeting, cost management, and profitability. Ensure all operational activities comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines) and manage risks associated with Clinical BPO service delivery. Identify and integrate emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, to enhance Clinical BPO solutions and streamline delivery processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of service delivery, using data-driven insights and operational feedback. Monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure both solution success and operational efficiency. Work closely with internal departments such as IT, sales, legal, and HR to ensure cohesive service delivery and alignment with company capabilities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare is a plus. Experience: 12-15 years of experience in clinical BPO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing solution development and operational delivery across Payor and Provider operations. Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, regulatory standards, and best practices. Proven track record in managing BPO operations, meeting SLAs, and optimizing delivery processes for clinical services. Experience in designing and presenting clinical BPO solutions tailored to client needs, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements. Ability to assess operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery. Proficiency in healthcare software solutions, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
