Title : E3S- PM E3S Panel Program Manager position Description: The PM is responsible for commercialization of newly designed products and features, taking them from initial designs to volume manufacturing operations. Primary Responsibilities: The creation of databases & 3D Panels in the E3 Panel environment and the challenges encountered by the engineering team during tool design must be addressed with appropriate solutions, and systematic methodologies should be established for future designs. Interfaces with Engineering functions to coordinate the release of New Products or/and product improvements. Owns Module/Product on PLC/CIP Program Proliferation of E3S to new areas of Engagement Capture the systemic issues, get them solved with E3S software team Launches/releases/approves and implements items/changes required for supporting design engineering and floor for new/existing products Support the designers where they face problem during the design phase Engage with Volume Manufacturing Engineers, New Product Manufacturing Engineers, NPT PMs, Materials, Manufacturing Techs and Suppliers to transition from NPI operations to Volume Manufacturing Evaluates work methods, procedures, and policies. Participates in the development and maintenance of new business processes; edits as necessary to ensure current practices are documented. Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project in progress and/or the specific goals of the department in which the incumbent works. Job Specific Knowledge: E3 Enterprise and E3 Panel Capabilities Requires knowledge on Electrical & Electronics Standards specially on E Cabinets Cable Harness standards Safety standards Skills: Requires strong skills in Product technology, problem solving, communication skills, customer orientation, personal effectiveness, team skills, and quality Knowledge of E3S Panel, E3s Fluid, P cad, CAD tools (Creo & PDM), SAP, TcE, Core + Requires additional knowledge of systems and software necessary such as Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Flowcharting Travelling: This job requires frequent travel to Germany, Taiwan & South Korea Education: BS level degree in an Electrical/Electronics Engineering discipline 6 or more years manufacturing/design engineering experience, or equivalent. 4~5 years previous experience in manufacturing/engineering preferred.
