Associate Product Manager Best Buy™ India is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Mobile App Growth team to support a high performing team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives driving supporting both customer needs and business objectives and key results. You will support the product managers in translating business strategies into product strategies, value increments, and product specifications. You will be the product champion the product vision effectively to stakeholders and independently drive to agreement on product requirements and direction from a wide and diverse population of product customers. Team Overview The Mobile App Growth Team is a cross-functional group of product managers, designers, and engineers dedicated to delivering seamless, innovative, and user-centric mobile app experiences. Our mission is to craft intuitive and high-performing mobile app features that delight users and drive engagement across platforms. The Mobile App Growth team defines and prioritizes mobile feature initiatives aligned with business goals and user needs. Our designers create elegant, accessible, and responsive interfaces tailored for mobile-first experiences. Our engineers build and maintain robust, scalable, and performant mobile applications using modern development frameworks and tools. We continuously gather user feedback, run experiments, and iterate quickly to improve app functionality and usability. Co-moderate difficult conversations with stakeholders and ensure that people leave meetings feeling heard and understood Work under rapid development cycles with small to medium teams to achieve a common goal Build skills from retroactive analysis to using data as an input to understanding customer problems Requirements 4+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR experience working with Development, User Experience, Strategy, or related. Including: 1+ years of experience with agile methodologies 1+ years of experience with mobile app development best practices that result in strong collaboration with the mobile app development teams Preferred Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment Familiarity with A/B testing tools to help drive product roll out decisions Familiarity with mobile app analytical tools to understand customer behaviors and feature effectives Ability to gather and share customer Insights: Gather feedback through user research, app reviews, and support channels to inform product decisions About Best Buy Best Buy™ India is a vibrant hub of tech talent, where we're driving innovation and accelerated business outcomes for Best Buy, our customers, employees and partners every day.
