Job Overview: Acuity is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Middle Office Trade Operations Specialist with a focus on Fixed income, Rates and FX to join dynamic trade operations team in India or Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in middle office trade operations, with a basic understanding of Fixed income, Rates and FX products. This individual should be familiar with trade platforms/ systems such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Market Axess, Bond Vision, and Ion and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong proficiency and hands on experience of MS Excel is a must. Basic Information Department Sell Side Research & Operations Location Bangalore Key Responsibilities Workflow could include: Process multi-asset trades with a particular focus on Fixed income, Rates and FX, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Facilitating the pre-trade client enablement process on multiple platforms mentioned above and managing enablements and closures accurately Onboarding new clients onto the above mentioned trading platforms efficiently after through validation Collaborate with the trade operations team to manage daily workflows and resolve any trade discrepancies and maintain client and trader information up-to-date across all platforms Reconciling trade-enabled client data to ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems and reports Navigate between cross-asset operations, demonstrating an understanding of how to prioritize tasks based on asset class and urgency. Implementing changes in sales coverage, including bulk uploads and amendments A solid understanding of data mappings between various trading platforms and systems Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the trade lifecycle. Deliver results within tight deadlines and contribute to the team's ability to meet targets and objectives. Documenting all processes thoroughly for future reference and compliance Key Competencies The analyst should have 3 to 4 years of experience in middle trade operations, with exposure to Fixed Income, Rates and FX products Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting primarily bulk uploads A high level of capital markets business maturity and professionalism Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.
