Location - Mumbai Airoli Flexi to WFO Immediate Joiner/Lesser Notice period candidates preferred Roles & Responsibilities: Qualification: - B. E (Electrical) / Graduate + Technical diploma Experience in relevant field: - 10 years Responsible for Managing operation and maintenance of Utility services including IT & KPO of 24x7 basis operations, Data Centre, Centralized UPS Room, Café, Guest House, WTP, STP, Power Block, etc. Operations & maintenance of entire Electrical installations like HT & LT Breakers, DG Sets, Electrical Distribution Panels & DB’s, HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting, Carpentry systems, UPS System, Chillers, Primary & Secondary Pumps, AHU’s, VFD’s, Fire Hydrant System, etc. Responsible for preparing & sending all Technical Reports like KPI, LHRE, MIS & Site upkeep activities, waste management data, CSR report, MEP Asset, AMC Report and as per Client and Auditor requirement. Responsible for preparing AMC BOQ, BOQ/SLA/SOW and Execution of R&M Work like all Electrical, HVAC, Civil, Plumbing & interior etc. Attending any type of emergency Maintenance of Electrical panel and 33 KV HT Cable from Substation to our campus with the help MSEDCL team and vendor at 24 X 7 to avoid any crises. Responsible for Liaison with the Electricity supply Company, Electrical Inspector & Government Authorities, Local Body Authorities, etc. on various Statuary approvals, Annual Electrical Inspection, etc. Responsible for Maintaining compliance required by local & Government authorities & documentation for different audits. Responsible for Inter-departments co-ordination, on various operational related issues, vendors for supply of various Material/ Consumable & payment, assist in general admin as and when required. Responsible for Selection & Appointment of AMC contractors, Preparation of terms & clauses, penalty clauses, etc. for various Equipment’s AMC agreements, Verification & certification of maintenance bills, Manage Electro-Mech. Operational contracts, Prepare Down time details for Various Equipment’s, Prepare SLAs for various Equipment’s & Contracts.
