Goal: 50 K to 1 M+ quality followers on Eternz social media handle As a Social Media Manager, you will be an integral part of our branding & marketing team. Develop creative and visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics. Generate original and engaging copywriting that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high- quality multimedia content that showcases products, brand identity, and lifestyle. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and interactions. Foster meaningful conversations and relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, driving community engagement and loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities for user-generated content, partnerships, and collaborations to amplify brand reach and awareness. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design or related field. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content ideation. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
