Shape commerce strategy deliverables across media, merchandising, demand planning, and inventory intelligence. Champion performance-driven brand-building by integrating awareness, intent, and purchase journeys. Stay ahead of platform innovation and work with India’s leading e Commerce players to pilot new formats and tools. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in a strategy, insights, or client-facing role 2+ years of hands-on e Commerce or D2 C operations experience Demonstrated success in managing or executing programs on Amazon, Flipkart, or branded websites Strong grasp of digital commerce KPIs, operations, and performance levers Curious, experimental, and always two steps ahead of the next digital shift Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and working in high growth environments A clear communicator with a collaborative spirit and a bias toward action
