Seeking Co-Founder | FMCG Distribution | Operations-Focused Location: Pars Optima Enterprises LLP Industry: FMCG Distribution Role Type: Co-Founder (Equity + Investment)Are you someone who thrives under constraints, enjoys rolling up your sleeves, and finds beauty in operational excellence? Pars Optima is looking for a hands-on Co-Founder to join us in transforming our lean but powerful FMCG distribution engine. We currently work with top brands like GSK and Nivea and operate across key cities in South India. With a tight ops model and deep market experience, we're building a sustainable, cash-flow-positive business—but the right partner can help us scale intelligently. A frugal operator —someone who enjoys working with constraints and finds efficiency in every action. Experience (or obsession) with supply chain, logistics, or FMCG is a plus. You will own and run the operations . An investment commitment that aligns skin in the game with upside. Day-to-day operations: dispatch, receivables, warehousing, vehicle routing, credit cycles. Team building and training for field teams. Driving KPIs: on-time delivery, credit cycle improvement, inventory turnover. We already have brand partnerships, distribution networks, and positive unit economics. You’ll step into a running machine, but help take it to the next level.
