We’re expanding our new sales team focused on winning group schools across India, and are hiring driven AEs who can own end-to-end closures. Role Overview As a Sales Account Executive (New Business), you will lead the charge on new logo acquisition. Your core focus will be identifying, qualifying, and closing K-12 school groups, especially those underserved by legacy ERP providers or manual processes. Key Responsibilities Identify and close new school group logos Own full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closure Run email, Linked In, and call outreach with tailored messaging Build strong relationships with Principals, Management, and Trustees Drive urgency and decision-making with compelling ROI-based storytelling Collaborate with the implementation team for smooth handoff post-sale Who You Are 1–4 years in B2 B Saa S sales (Ed Tech experience is a plus) Proven track record of closing deals through outbound efforts Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication High ownership and hustle mindset Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills Comfortable with CRM tools and structured sales frameworks KPIs & Success Metrics Monthly and quarterly new ARR closed SQL to closure ratio Deal cycle time (avg. days to close) Weekly outreach volume and quality (calls/emails)
