Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for B2 B clients. Coordinate new packaging projects from concept to delivery. Prepare and present quotations. Proactively communicate project status and manage expectations. Ensure high client satisfaction. Address customer inquiries on printing, packaging, orders, and accounts via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate CRM records. Process orders accurately and track progress, providing updates.
