Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Insurance (Motor Insurance) based in Bengaluru. He will be responsible for motor insurance claims, providing excellent customer service, collaborating with insurance brokers, and Insurance Agent. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their insurance needs, providing quotations, closing sales, and maintaining client records. Location: Bangalore Salary - Up to 6 LPA Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage insurance companies, agents, and brokers to promote our partner workshops. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the motor insurance sector. Develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets and boost market share. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of business development initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our value proposition. Monitor sales metrics and customer feedback to optimize strategies. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in motor insurance business development or sales. Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
