Job Title

The role: We are looking for 2 qualified Speech Language Pathologist/Therapists with multiple years of experience working with children on the spectrum and various speech disorders. Responsibilities: Primary work would be conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for kids; Perform assessments for speech-language disorders for special children with one or multiple disorder like speech delays, Autism, Learning disabilities etc.; Provide feedback to parents and caregivers on a daily basis through discussion post-session; Develop and implement effective individualised plans for children; Establish understanding, expectations, and goals with parents of children; On an ongoing basis, keep abreast with profession knowledge and skill upgradation by reviewing publications, recent therapy skills and undergoing certifications; Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with caregivers throughout; Ensure the safety and well-being of kids; Maintain and update individual data and records during sessions; Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents, caregivers and relevant stakeholders; Attend and participate in team meetings.
