We are hiring a Graphics & Motion Designer (4–5 years of experience) for the Bangalore office to create high-quality visual content, collaborating with the marketing team and video producers to enhance branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design motion graphics and animations for digital media platforms using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4 D. Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and packaging using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design for engaging motion content. Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials. Adapt and optimize designs for various screen sizes and platforms. Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams for cohesive concepts. Stay updated on design trends and integrate innovative styles. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design fundamentals in typography, color theory, and composition. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to feedback. Experience with AI tools will be an added advantage.  Job Location & Packages  Permanent role in Bangalore office Package will be INR 4,20,000/- to INR 6,00.000/- per annum based on the experience and expertise
