The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and provide essential support to various departments, including HR and Administration. Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, candidates and vendors. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence. Handle flight and accommodation bookings for company executives, new joiners, and international colleagues. Coordinate food and refreshment orders for visitors and new joiners. Introducing new joiners to the team and helping them settle in. Assist HR in organizing employee engagement and office events. 3–4 years of proven experience as a front desk executive/ receptionist/ administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). ~ Fluent in English Great career opportunity in a company that is growing.
