Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager / Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in foreign subsidiary controllership and payroll processes. You will play a key role in ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting across our global operations. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end controllership of foreign subsidiaries (USA, UAE & UK) including accounting, transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures; prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports. Coordinate with Big 6 audit firms for timely statutory audit closure of foreign subsidiaries. Manage foreign currency translation, inter-company reconciliations, and regular accounting alignment with the parent entity. Oversee banking, payments, and funds management for subsidiaries. Validate payroll inputs, manage payroll processing and disbursement for the India entity (~500 employees). Ensure accurate payroll reconciliation, statutory compliance, remittance, and accounting for the India entity. Key Requirements 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably with exposure to foreign subsidiary accounting and payroll controllership. Educational background in B. Com / M. Com / CA-Inter. Strong understanding of international accounting standards and currency translations. Hands-on experience working with auditors and managing statutory audits. Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, statutory requirements, and compliance for large employee bases. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally), and other finance tools.
