Conceptualize and design new collections in alignment with the brand’s aesthetics Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production Manage and organize sample inventory, materials, and trims Oversee daily studio operations including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking Support in planning shoots, exhibitions, and client meetings Ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a fashion-related industry (Mandatory)Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel DRAW Sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing Comfortable managing both design and day-to-day operational tasks We offer a creative and professionally driven atmosphere that encourages initiative and innovation.
