This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Lecturer - IT Trainer (Basic Computer & MS Suite) located in Pune. The Junior Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering educational content for IT Skills using our bilingual methodology, which combines sign language and English communication. Day-to-day tasks include lesson planning, teaching, assessing student progress, mentoring, and contributing to curriculum development. Collaboration with faculty members to ensure a holistic learning experience for students is also a key part of the role. Experience in lesson planning, teaching, and student assessment Adaptability to learn Indian Sign Language (ISL)Commitment to the educational and personal growth of deaf and hard of hearing students Masters degree in Information Technology or related field Prior experience in Deaf education will be considered an advantage Develop and implement engaging IT content. Deliver effective IT lectures using diverse teaching methods. Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences. Establish a positive and structured classroom environment for effective understanding and comprehension for students. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant data. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs
