What the role looks like: Managing my day-to-day calendar, calls, appointments, and bookings Handling client queries and converting them into confirmed bookings Coordinating with brides, models, vendors, photographers, and studios Selling services confidently, whether on a call, DM, or in person Assisting with shoots — mobile photography and videography is a must Managing studio inventory, kit restocking, and shoot logistics Helping with social media (basic reels, stories, BTS capture) Traveling with me for weddings, shoots, and events (within and outside Bangalore) Must-haves: Prior experience in the makeup/beauty/fashion industry (or genuine understanding of it) Excellent communication and sales skills — you should know how to build trust and close deals Great eye for aesthetics, especially while shooting content on phone Organized, punctual, and people-savvy Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from managing travel to helping on set Bonus if you: Know how to edit basic reels or shoot behind-the-scenes content Can speak Kannada, Hindi, and English fluently Have worked with creators, artists, or stylists before Think ahead, stay calm, and solve problems without needing hand-holding This is a full-time, in-person role based in Bangalore.
