Experience : 5 to 11 Years Location: Pan India Mandatory skill - HCL Commerce, WCS v7 or v8 Job Description • The WCS Developer will lead the design and implementation of scalable high performance ecommerce solutions using IBM Web Sphere Commerce This role requires deep technical expertise in WCS strong architectural acumen and experience working with largescale retail clients • • Key Responsibilities • Design and develop WCSbased ecommerce platforms • Collaborate with business stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Lead technical design sessions code reviews and performance tuning initiatives • Provide guidance on WCS customization integration and deployment strategies • Ensure adherence to best practices in security scalability and maintainability • Mentor development teams and support client technical discussions • Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with North American retail clients • Experience with HCL Commerce post IBM acquisition • Exposure to adjacent technologies like Adobe AEM React JS and Azure AWS Prior experience in hybrid or onsite client engagement
