Key Responsibilities : • Lead store operations, including staff supervision, administration, and inventory control • Meet and greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process • Conduct market visits and cold calling for B2 B lead generation (interior designers, builders, offices)• Achieve store sales targets through team motivation and customer service excellence • Maintain store standards including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance • Monitor customer preferences and local buying behavior to adapt sales strategy • Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner • Prepare and present performance reports to management • Support team training, performance reviews, and development plans What We’re Looking For : • 6+ years of experience in retail or business development, preferably in home décor/lifestyle segments • Experience in handling store teams and high-footfall environments • Ability to generate leads through outbound activity (cold calls, field visits)• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Customer-centric and target-driven approach • Working knowledge of CRM or willingness to learn
