About the Role I’m Piyush, Senior Executive of Sales & IT at a global electronics distribution firm headquartered in Singapore. I’m looking for a reliable, resourceful, and highly proactive Personal Assistant to support me across both my work life and personal life . This is not a rigid 9-to-6 job — I need someone who is flexible, smart, and enjoys variety. You’ll be helping with everything from triathlon research to booking travel, summarizing spreadsheets, planning social activities, and even helping me manage my fitness and other goals. What You’ll Do  Research & Planning Find triathlons, races, and events in Singapore, London, Australia, etc. Discover non-alcoholic social activities and wellness meetups in Singapore Suggest interesting personal growth or dating events in the cities I live or visit Research travel destinations, build trip itineraries, book activities Work Support Excel work (organizing BOMs, dashboards, expense trackers) Help clean up inboxes, calendar coordination, etc. Conduct online research on suppliers, companies, or topics I’m exploring Finance Tracking Organize personal expenses and spot trends Track subscriptions, wasteful spending, savings trends Maintain a simple Google Sheet net worth tracker Lifestyle Support Book fitness or wellness sessions (yoga, physio, cold plunge) Find date ideas or social venues that align with a sober lifestyle Help draft and manage dating profiles or social bios (if asked) Keep me aligned with personal goals, including emotional awareness and routine Work Schedule No fixed hours , but I’ll need your support in mornings and evenings , depending on task urgency WhatsApp & email responsiveness is key You must be self-managed and able to work independently Daily or weekly check-ins are expected Languages Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential Conversational Hindi is strongly preferred Some tasks involve India-based communication or casual conversation Comfort speaking Hindi will be helpful in understanding personal context or making local calls You’re a Great Fit If You...
